Don't overcommit yourself

You know they say " it takes time & resources to build a stable reputation but it only takes few minutes to ruin it. So you should always be careful with that more especially when you have built your stable and interesting reputation because there is a lot at stake. You don't have to take any responsibility that your boss gives. As that will reflect on you not being trustworthy meanwhile it was not even on your schedule to do so.

So many people have been fired at work because of failing to deliver on their promises. It is good  thing to take a pledge on doing certain things when the boss ask. But you need to be careful on taking tasks that you know are beyond your abilities, because that of course will kill your reputation, credibility and accountability. Mostly do things that are expected of you in an outstanding way, so that whenever you are given a task that is not within your abilities everyone will understand that given task of your abilities you are able to do it in time.

A complicated relationship is a complicated life

Why are you punishing yourself? Why are you choosing a miserable life over good life? Remember life is about choices which are good and bad choices. If you can't make good choices then you are by default choosing bad choices. Remember if you are doing nothing you are running a risk of becoming nothing.Stop confusing and encouraging yourself that it is too late. "Hey too late for what for who"? It is never late to do the right thing. Remember we don't have enough time to do everything but we have enough time to do what matters to us. So never live your life in pains while you have a choice to choose a life that you want to live. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Each time I hear someone say " i'm in a complicated relationship" to me what really rings the bell is that you are in a complicated life. Why are you scared of hurting the one who hurts you? Remember you are spoiled of choices. Why dig your own grave? You must know when to let go and when to hold on. Living your life to the fullest is not about doing others a favour is about doing things that favours you and that brings you happiness. Life is too short to waste time with professional time wasters. Open your eyes before others open them for you. If you can't do somethings by yourself it means others will do it for you.
